one of the better schools in philly, but lower stress = lower pay. no increase for additional education or certifications. the building is way too small for the number of students & staff and there is very limited outdoor space for kids. forget about teacher parking. limited technology until forced by covid to step it up. admin asks for staff input but then doesn't seem to actually use it to make decisions. difficult for black & brown students to fit into the asian cultural vibes. difficult for students who aren't high achieving or need extra supports.
