Working for Allen Ellender and Jefferson Parish is very medium on the whole. Not great or awful. This particular school prioritizes discipline and students don't run the place which is great. However, student happiness isn't a priority. Not a lot of activities focused on their mental health and they only get 10 min of recess district-wide. Weird. Teachers here are alright, generally helpful. There are hardcore cliques, and they are VERY politically conservative so heads up. Principal can be very harsh. Not one to cross in the slightest. With her, once you've crossed the line, there's no forgiveness.
