It was a terrible experience. I had no support with students who had extreme behaviors and none of the admin are trained teachers. I worked in the lower school and they are trying to model it too much like a high school with practices that are not developmentally appropriate. While I worked there one teacher quit due to extreme anxiety, another teacher was hospitalized with panic attacks, another teacher was pinned up against the wall by an angry parent and the police had to be called, and I cried multiple times in front of students and admin and continued to receive no support. I highly advise you find another school to work in if you have any other opportunities.
